Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It’s a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel like you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls.

Blackjack is so much like a crazy ride the similarities are bizarre. As is the case with the popular fair ground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for a while before it bottoms out again. You have to be a gambler that shall be able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is packed full of them.

If you like the mini coaster, one that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on board for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he or she is not thinking about the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.

If you do not, you may not easily recount how much you enjoyed life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a crazy fun ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that disastrous drop as clear as day.
