I have wagered on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of money at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
